Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Pusat Informasi dan Konsultasi Keluarga (PIK Keluarga) dalam upaya pencegahan kasus KDRT di PKK Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Selatan melalui model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang melibatkan sebagian masyarakat yang telah menjadi peserta dalam rangkaian kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh program PIK Keluarga di Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Selatan sebanyak 100 reponden. Data diperoleh melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriprif. Pada hasil evaluasi context menunjukkan bahwa program PIK Keluarga dalam upaya pencegahan KDRT sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Evaluasi input menunjukkan sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta pembiayaan program mendapatkan penilaian sangat baik. Pada evaluasi process ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan program berjalan sesuai jadwal dan fasilitator berhasil menciptakan suasana yang nyaman, namun partisipasi masyarakat masih rendah dan kendala dalam dokumentasi. Meski demikian, evaluasi product menunjukkan program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam upaya pencegahan KDRT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program PIK Keluarga dinilai efektif karena sangat dibutuhkan dan memberikan dampak nyata dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membina keluarga serta upaya pencegahan KDRT. ***** (This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Family Information and Consultation Center (Family PIK) in efforts to prevent domestic violence cases in PKK of Cipinang Besar Selatan Urban Village through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling involving some people who have become participants in a series of activities organized by the Family PIK program in Cipinang Besar Selatan Urban Village as many as 100 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data results were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the context evaluation show that the Family PIK program in an effort to prevent domestic violence is needed by the community. The evaluation of inputs shows that human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as program financing are highly assessed. In the evaluation process, it was found that the implementation of the program was on schedule and the facilitator succeeded in creating a comfortable atmosphere, but community participation was still low and there were obstacles in documentation. However, product evaluations show that this program has succeeded in improving participants' knowledge and skills in efforts to prevent domestic violence. The results of this study show that the Family PIK program is considered effective because it is needed and has a real impact in improving people's knowledge and skills in fostering families and efforts to prevent domestic violence.)
