Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar teks cerita pendek berbasis Canva yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya penggunaan media digital interaktif dalam pembelajaran teks cerita pendek. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media, guru Bahasa Indonesia, dan siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Rancabungur, Kabupaten Bogor. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner serta dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil validasi kedua menunjukkan bahwa materi ajar yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori “sangat layak” dengan skor rata-rata validasi ahli materi sebesar 90%, ahli media 95%, guru Bahasa Indonesia 91%, dan respons siswa sebesar 89%. Dengan demikian, materi ajar teks cerita pendek berbasis Canva yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.*****This research aims to develop engaging and interactive teaching materials for short story texts based on Canva that meet the needs of XI-grade high school students. This study is driven by the lack of interactive digital media in short story text learning. The method used is research and development (R&D) employing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of the study include content experts, media experts, Indonesian language teachers, and XI-grade students at SMAN 1 Rancabungur, Bogor Regency. Data was collected through observations, questionnaires, and analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the second validation indicate that the developed teaching materials received a 'very feasible' rating, with an average validation score of 90% from content experts, 95% from media experts, 91% from Indonesian language teachers, and 89% from student responses. Therefore, the teaching material for short stories developed based on Canva is declared to be highly suitable for use as a learning resource in the Indonesian language learning process.
