Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berada di lingkungan lembaga pemasyarakatan khusus anak Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan model Countenance Stake dan pendekatan kualitatif . Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi dengan teknik keabsahan data hasil penelitian menggunakan credibility melalui Prolonged engagement , persistent observation, serta member checks.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada dimensi antecedent, SMK Istimewa masih belum memenuhi standar. Hal tersebut karena pertama tidak dilakukannya penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran, serta PRAKERIN dengan baik. Kedua kurangnya sarana prasarana pokok dan penunjang proses pembelajaran. Ketiga kurangnya tenaga pendidik dengan kualifikasi yang sesuai kompetensi. Pada dimensi Transaction atau proses pelaksanaan, SMK Istimewa juga masih harus melakukan banyak perubahan. Hal tersebut karena terdapat bayak indikator yang tidak memenuhi kriteria dari standar yang telah ditetapkan. Seperti adanya pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang kurang maksimal karena disebabkan oleh waktu mengajar yang relatif sempit dan tidak dilakukannya penilaian hasil belajar serta PRAKERIN pada semua aspek, Pada dimensi outcomes dalam aspek hasil belajar menunjukan apabila SMK Istimewa masih belum berhasil melaksanakan pembelajaran yang baik . Hal tersebut terlihat dari nilai-nilai hasil belajar siswa yang masih sangat jauh standar penilaian yang ditetapkan dan rendahnya serapan lulusan di dunia industri yang relevan dengan kompetensi yang dipelajari. This study is an evaluative study using the Countenance Stake model and a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and observations with the validity of research data using credibility through Prolonged engagement, persistent observation, and member checks.The results of the study showed that in the antecedent dimension, Special Vocational Schools still did not meet the standards. This is because the first is not doing the preparation of learning plans and learning assessments, as well as PRAKERIN. Second, the lack of basic infrastructure and supporting the learning process. Third, there is a lack of educators with appropriate qualifications. On the Transaction dimension or the implementation process, Special Vocational Schools still have to make many changes. This is because there are many indicators that do not meet the criteria of the established standards. Such as the implementation of learning that is less than the maximum because it is caused by the teaching time that is relatively narrow and does not do the assessment of learning outcomes and PRAKERIN on all aspects, the dimensions of outcomes in the aspect of learning outcomes indicate if Special Vocational Schools still have not been successful in implementing good learning. This can be seen from the values of student learning outcomes that are still very far from the established assessment standards and the low absorption of graduates in the industrial world that is relevant to the competencies being studied.
