Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap kesiapan technopreneurship siswa secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui intensi technopreneurship pada siswa SMK jurusan Teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa jurusan Teknologi Informasi (TKJ dan Multimedia) yang telah menyelesaikan mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKKWU) pada dua sekolah, yaitu SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta sebanyak 96 siswa dan SMK Negeri 53 Jakarta sebanyak 66 siswa, dengan jumlah total populasi 162 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kesiapan technopreneurship siswa SMK jurusan Teknologi Informasi. Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan technopreneurship. Selain itu, intensi technopreneurship terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan technopreneurship. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi technopreneurship, serta kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi technopreneurship. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas siswa. Selanjutnya, intensi technopreneurship dan kreativitas terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap kesiapan technopreneurship siswa SMK jurusan Teknologi Informasi di Kota Jakarta Barat. ***** This study aims to analyse the influence of entrepreneurship education and creativity on students' technopreneurship readiness, both directly and indirectly through technopreneurship intention, among vocational high school students majoring in Information Technology. This study uses a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) techniques through the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The research data is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The research population consists of all students majoring in Information Technology (TKJ and Multimedia) who have completed the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKKWU) course at two schools, namely SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta with 96 students and SMK Negeri 53 Jakarta with 66 students, with a total population of 162 students. Based on calculations using the Yamane formula with a 5% margin of error, a research sample of 115 respondents was obtained, determined through purposive sampling. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive but insignificant effect on the technopreneurship readiness of vocational school students majoring in Information Technology. Creativity had a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship readiness. In addition, technopreneurship intention was found to have a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship readiness. This study also found that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship intention, and creativity had a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on students' creativity. Furthermore, technopreneurship intention and creativity were proven to be significant mediating variables in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and creativity on the technopreneurship readiness of vocational high school students majoring in Information Technology in West Jakarta.
