Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana ketercapaian pelatihan daring “Mengelola Administrasi Sekretaris dengan Google Workspace” dengan pendekatan self-paced learning di Lembaga Pelatihan Kita Kompeten ditinjau pada level 1 (reaksi) dan Level 2 (hasil belajar) dari model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Pada evaluasi level 1 mengukur reaksi peserta terhadap penyenggaraan pelatihan, dan pada evaluasi level 2 mengukur hasil belajar para peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Pendekatan pedagogis yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah self-paced learning dimana peserta dapat mengontrol kecepatan belajarnya sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Kirkpatrick. Teknik pengumpulan data pada evaluasi reaksi (level 1) melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan pemberian tes hasil belajar (level 2) kepada para peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Jumlah responden pada evaluasi ini sebanyak 20 orang peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian pada level 1 (reaksi) yang melitupi 5 aspek yaitu: kesesuaian terhadap materi pelatihan, kesesuaian metode pembelajaran, kejelasan penyampaian materi oleh instruktur, desain dan kenyamanan tampilan pada media pembelajaran self-paced learning menggunakan platform learning management system (lms), dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan sekretaris. Dari 5 aspek tersebut yang mendapatkan nilai tertinggi adalah aspek kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan sekretaris dengan skor 99,75% dan yang mendapatkan nilai terendah adalah aspek desain dan kenyamanan tampilan pada media pembelajaran self-paced learning menggunakan platform learning management system (lms) dengan skor 89,75%. Hasil dari evaluasi hasil belajar peserta pelatihan menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,75, ini berarti bahwa rata-rata peserta dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sudah diikuti. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini sangat sesuai untuk para sekretaris atau calon sekretaris. Namun desain pelatihan masih harus dikembangkan lagi supaya pelatihan lebih menarik dan efektif. Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Pembelajaran Mandiri, Kirkpatrick ***** This study aims to describe the extent to which the online training "Managing Secretarial Administration with Google Workspace" with a self-paced learning approach at the Kita Kompeten Training Institute is achieved at level 1 (reaction) and Level 2 (learning outcomes) of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. At level 1 evaluation measures the reactions of participants to the implementation of the training, and at level 2 evaluation measures the learning outcomes of participants after attending the training. The pedagogical approach used in the training is self-paced learning where participants can control their own learning speed. This type of research is an evaluation study using the Kirkpatrick model. Data collection techniques in the reaction evaluation (level 1) through the distribution of questionnaires and the administration of learning outcome tests (level 2) to participants who have attended the training. The number of respondents in this evaluation was 20 training participants. The results of the study at level 1 (reaction) include 5 aspects, namely: suitability to the training material, suitability of the learning method, clarity of material delivery by the instructor, design and comfort of the display on the self-paced learning media using the learning management system (LMS) platform, and suitability to the needs of the secretary's work. Of the five aspects, the highest score was the aspect of suitability to the needs of a secretary's job with a score of 99.75%, and the lowest score was the aspect of design and display comfort in self-paced learning media using a learning management system (LMS) platform with a score of 89.75%. The results of the evaluation of the learning outcomes of the training participants showed an average score of 86.75, this means that on average, participants were able to achieve the learning objectives that had been followed. Thus, it can be concluded that this training is very suitable for secretaries or prospective secretaries. However, the training design still needs to be further developed to make the training more interesting and effective. Keywords: Evaluation, Self-Paced Learning, Kirkpatrick.
