Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja terhadap intensi turnover. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis jalur yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Pendidikan Stella Maris Jakarta dengan sampel 95 karyawan yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada pengaruh negatif langsung dari budaya organisasi terhadap intensi turnover, (2) ada pengaruh negatif langsung dari gaya kepemimpinan terhadap intensi turnover, (3) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari stres kerja terhadap intensi turnover, (4) ada pengaruh negatif langsung dari budaya organisasi terhadap stres kerja, (5) ada pengaruh negatif langsung dari gaya kepemimpinan terhadap stress kerja, (6) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari budaya organisasi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan, (7) ada pengaruh negatif tidak langsung dari budaya organisasi terhadap intensi turnover melalui stres kerja, dan (8) ada pengaruh tidak langsung dari gaya kepemimpinan terhadap intensi turnover melalui stres kerja. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensi turnover dipengaruhi oleh variabel seperti budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja. Kata Kunci: intensi turnover, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja. ABSTRACT This study aim at determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and work stress on turnover intentions. The research used quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The study was conducted at Stella Maris Foundation Jakarta with a sample of 95 employees selected through simple random sampling. The research found: (1) there is negative direct effect of organizational culture on employee turnover intention, (2) there is positive direct effect of leadership style on employee turnover intention, (3) there is positive direct effect of job stress on employee turnover intention, (4) there is negative direct effect of organizational culture on job stress, (5) there is negative direct effect of leadership style on job stress, (6) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture on leadership style, (7) there is an indirect negative effect of organizational culture on turnover intentions through job stress, and (8) there is an indirect effect of leadership style on turnover intentions through work stress. Therefore, it can be concluded that the turnover intention is influenced by variables such as organizational culture, leadership style, and job stress.
