Abstract

Tidak semua konsep dalam biologi bersifat konkret dan mudah divisualisasikan. Sehingga pembelajaran biologi harus dirancang untuk melatih peserta didik agar dapat memahami materi dengan baik. Menurut peserta didik, materi sistem ekskresi dianggap sulit karena abstrak dan sulit divisualisasikan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat mempengaruhi ketercapaian hasil belajar peserta didik karena membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih antusias ketika pembelajaran berlangsung. Salah satu media yang dapat membantu tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran adalah flashcard. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media digital flashcard sistem ekskresi yang dinamakan D’FLASH-SISI untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan model Hannafin & Peck. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa media D’FLASH-SISI dinilai layak pada aspek media dan materi, serta sangat layak pada aspek bahasa. Penilaian pengguna media melibatkan guru biologi dan peserta didik. Dari penilaian tersebut, secara keseluruhan media D’FLASH-SISI mendapatkan respon yang positif. Pengujian hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest dan posttest. Pada analisis N-gain, media D'FLASH-SISI mendapatkan skor yang menunjukkan cukup efektif sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada materi sistem ekskresi. Selain itu, penggunaan media pembelajaran D’FLASH-SISI dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif TGT mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan menyenangkan.*****Not all concepts in biology are concrete and easy to visualize. Therefore, biology lessons must be designed to train students to understand the material well. According to students, the material on the excretory system is considered difficult because it is abstract and difficult to visualize. The use of learning media greatly affects the achievement of student learning outcomes because it makes students more enthusiastic during the learning process. One medium that can help achieve learning objectives is flashcards. This study aims to develop a digital flashcard medium for the excretory system called D'FLASH-SISI to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of high school students. This study used the R&D method with the Hannafin & Peck model. The feasibility test results showed that the D'FLASH-SISI media was considered feasible in terms of media and material, and very feasible in terms of language. The media user assessment involved biology teachers and students. From this assessment, the D'FLASH-SISI media received positive responses overall. The testing of students' cognitive learning outcomes was conducted using a one-group pretest and posttest research design. In the N-gain analysis, the D'FLASH-SISI media obtained a score that showed it was quite effective as a learning medium in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in the material on the excretory system. In addition, the use of D'FLASH-SISI learning media with the TGT cooperative learning model can create more active and enjoyable learning.
