Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian peralatan praktik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik berdasarkan rekomendasi guru, capaian pembelajaran, dan Standar Nasional Sarana dan Prasarana SMK. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta dengan fokus pada peralatan praktik yang digunakan pada pembelajaran praktik kelas XI semester dua dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan guru produktif Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik, observasi kondisi peralatan praktik di bengkel, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap capaian pembelajaran, program pembelajaran, jobsheet praktik, inventaris peralatan, dan dokumen standar nasional. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peralatan praktik yang tersedia di bengkel Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik telah memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran praktik berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran dan rekomendasi guru. Namun, ditemukan beberapa peralatan praktik yang digunakan dan dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran serta telah diakomodasi dalam ketentuan Permendikbud, tetapi belum tercantum secara eksplisit dalam Standar Nasional Sarana dan Prasarana BSNP, terutama peralatan ukur dan alat kerja pendukung seperti clamp meter, earth tester, dan megger. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara kebutuhan riil pembelajaran praktik berbasis capaian pembelajaran dengan perincian peralatan pada standar nasional yang berlaku. Kata Kunci: Peralatan Praktik, Instalasi Tenaga Listrik, Capaian Pembelajaran, Standar sarana prasarana, SMK ***** This study aims to analyze the suitability of Electrical Power Installation practice equipment based on teachers’ recommendations, learning outcomes, and the National Standards of Vocational School Facilities and Infrastructure. The study was conducted in the Electrical Power Installation specialization at SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta, focusing on practice equipment used in practical learning activities for Grade XI in the second semester under the Merdeka Curriculum. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews with productive teachers of Electrical Power Installation, observations of practice equipment conditions in the workshop, and document analysis of learning outcomes, learning programs, practice jobsheets, equipment inventories, and national standard documents. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the practice equipment available in the Electrical Power Installation workshop has fulfilled the practical learning needs based on learning outcomes and teachers’ recommendations. However, several practice equipment items that are used and required in learning activities and have been accommodated in Ministry of Education regulations are not explicitly listed in the National Standards of Facilities and Infrastructure issued by BSNP, particularly measuring instruments and supporting tools such as clamp meters, earth testers, and meggers. These findings reveal a discrepancy between learning outcome–based practical learning needs and the detailed specifications provided in the existing national standards.
