Abstract

Penelitian kausal ini bertujuan untuk memdapatkan informasi mengenai: (1) pengaruh positif langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kreativitas; (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kreativitas; (3) pengaruh positif langsung literasi digital terhadap kreativitas; (4) pengaruh positif langsung kepemimpinan terhadap literasi digital; (5) pengaruh positif langsung budaya organisasi terhadap literasi digital; (6) pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kreativitas melalui mediasi literasi digital; (7) pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kreativitas melalui mediasi literasi digital; dan (8) model empirik peningkatan kreativitas guru melalui kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan literasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan teknik kausal. Analisa data menggunakan pendekatan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) berbasis Kovarian. Peneliti mengkaji keterkaitan antar variabel penelitian, dan mengukur pengaruh variabel yang satu dengan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini memiliki empat variabel yang akan dikaji, yakni variabel-variabel: kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, literasi digital dan kreativitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode SEM dalam menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini memilih guru SMP di Jakarta Timur sebagai unit analisis dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMPN di Jakarta Timur pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 1544 guru dari 45 unit SMPN. Kemudian unit sampling terdiri dari 7 SMPN di Jakarta Timur wilayah 1 yang berjumlah 265 guru. Sedangkan untuk uji coba dilakukan pada 30 guru di SMPN 256 Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proporsional dengan teknik sistematik random sampling. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kreativitas; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kreativitas; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung literasi digital terhadap kreativitas; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung kepemimpinan terhadap literasi digital; (5) terdapat pengaruh positif tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kreativitas melalui mediasi literasi digital; (7) terdapat pengaruh positif tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kreativitas melalui mediasi literasi digital; dan (8) terdapat model empirik peningkatan kreativitas guru melalui kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan literasi digital. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Literasi Digital, dan Kreativitas. ***** The objective of this causal research was to obtain information concerning: (1) the direct positive effect of the leadership toward creativity; (2) the direct positive effect of the organizational culture toward creativity; (3) the direct positive effect of the digital literacy toward creativity; (4) the direct positive effect of the leadership toward digital literacy; (5) the direct positive effect of the organizational culture toward digital literacy; (6) the undirect effect of the leadership toward creativity through mediation of digital literacy; (7) the undirect effect of the organizational culture toward creativity through mediation of digital literacy; and (8) empirical model of increasing teacher creativity through leadership, organizational culture and digital literacy. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey method with causal techniques. Data analysis uses a SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis approach based on covariance. Researchers examine the relationship between research variables, and measure the influence of one variable on another. This study has four variables to be studied, namely the variables: leadership, organizational culture, digital literacy and creativity. This study was conducted using the SEM method to test the hypothesis. This study selected junior high school teachers in East Jakarta as the unit of analysis with the research population being all junior high school teachers in East Jakarta in the 2022/2023 academic year totaling 1544 teachers from 45 junior high school units. Then the sampling unit consisted of 7 junior high schools in East Jakarta region 1 totaling 265 teachers. Meanwhile, the trial was conducted on 30 teachers at SMPN 256 East Jakarta. Sampling was carried out proportionally with a systematic random sampling technique. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is direct positive effect of leadership toward creativity; (2) there is direct positive effect of organizational culture toward creativity; (3) there is direct positive effect of digital literacy toward creativity; (4) there is direct positive effect of leadership toward digital literacy; (5) there is undirect positive effect of leadership toward creativity through mediation of digital literacy; (7) there is undirect positive effect of organizational culture toward creativity through mediation of digital literacy; and (8) there is an empirical model for increasing teacher creativity through leadership, organizational culture and digital literacy.
