Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan simulasi software RoboDK dalam pembelajaran Sistem Robot Industri terhadap pemahaman siswa di SMKN 1 Cibinong. Pembelajaran sistem robot industri menuntut pemahaman konsep yang tinggi, khususnya terkait konstruksi, pemrograman, dan pengoperasian robot industri. Keterbatasan fasilitas praktik serta risiko penggunaan robot secara langsung menjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran alternatif yang aman dan efektif.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest– posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMKN 1 Cibinong. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal pilihan ganda yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji N-Gain, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan simulasi software RoboDK memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Sistem Robot Industri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 18,99 yang lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,045, serta peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa dari 13,73 pada pretest menjadi 24,50 pada posttest. Hasil analisis N-Gain menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,65 yang berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan simulasi software RoboDK berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada pembelajaran Sistem Robot Industri. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of using RoboDK simulation software in Industrial Robot Systems learning on students’ understanding at SMKN 1 Cibinong. Learning industrial robot systems requires a high level of conceptual understanding, particularly in terms of robot construction, programming, and operation. Limited practical facilities and the risks associated with direct robot operation present challenges in the learning process; therefore, a safe and effective alternative learning medium is needed. The research method employed was an experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The research subjects were twelfth-grade students of SMKN 1 Cibinong. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, and documentation. The research instrument consisted of multiple-choice questions that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, N-Gain analysis, and t-test. The results showed that the use of RoboDK simulation software had a significant effect on improving students’ understanding of the Industrial Robot Systems subject. This was evidenced by a t-value of 18.99, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.045, as well as an increase in the average score from 14.43 in the pretest to 23.47 in the posttest. The N-Gain analysis resulted in an average value of 0.65, which falls into the moderate category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of RoboDK simulation software is effective in improving students’ understanding in Industrial Robot Systems learning.
