Abstract
Transformasi digital di industri perbankan menuntut ketersediaan talenta dengan kompetensi DevSecOps yang terintegrasi, sementara pelatihan yang ada masih bersifat terfragmentasi dan kurang berorientasi praktik. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan antara kebutuhan industri dan kesiapan kompetensi SDM teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pelatihan DevSecOps berbasis Bootcamp yang mampu meningkatkan kompetensi digital talent/ manageent trainee perbankan melalui pengalaman belajar yang intensif, terstruktur, dan aplikatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengintegrasikan langkah-langkah Borg and Gall, model Dick and Carey, serta model Rowntree. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah model pelatihan DevSecOps bernama SECURE, yang terdiri atas lima tahapan pembelajaran: Setup, Educate, Create, Utilize, dan Review & Evaluate. Model ini dilengkapi dengan materi ajar cetak dan digital, serta Learning Management System berbasis Moodle untuk mendukung penyampaian materi dan pemantauan belajar. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pelatihan DevSecOps di perbankan, diikuti evaluasi formatif oleh pakar dan peserta untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas model. Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan rata-rata penilaian ahli materi sebesar 4,4, ahli desain 4,5, dan ahli media 4,6. Data pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata sebesar 34,64 poin, dari 59,64 menjadi 94,28. Uji t menghasilkan thitung 40,748 > ttabel 1,703 (df = 27; p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan pengaruh signifikan penerapan model. Skor N-Gain sebesar 0,869 (86,9%) melampaui ambang efektivitas 0,6. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pelatihan Bootcamp SECURE layak diterapkan dan sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi DevSecOps digital talent/ management trainee perbankan. Kata Kunci: Bootcamp, DevSecOps, Model SECURE, Pengembangan Model Pelatihan, Research & Development DEVELOPMENT OF A DevSecOps TRAINING MODEL USING THE BOOTCAMP APPROACH FOR BANKING DIGITAL TALENT/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEE Victor Juan Pratana Educational Technology Doctoral Program ABSTRACT The acceleration of digital transformation in the banking industry requires talent with integrated DevSecOps competencies, while existing training programs remain fragmented and insufficiently practice-oriented. This condition creates a gap between industry demands and the readiness of technology workforce competencies. This study aims to develop a Bootcamp-based DevSecOps training model designed to enhance the competencies of banking digital talent/ management trainee through intensive, structured, and application-focused learning experiences. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology by integrating the stages of the Borg and Gall model, the Dick and Carey model, and the Rowntree model. The resulting product is a DevSecOps training model called SECURE, consisting of five instructional phases: Setup, Educate, Create, Utilize, and Review & Evaluate. The model is supported by printed and digital learning materials, as well as a Moodle-based Learning Management System to facilitate content delivery and learning monitoring. A needs analysis was conducted to identify gaps in DevSecOps training within the banking sector, followed by formative evaluations involving experts and training participants to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The formative evaluation results indicated average scores of 4.4 from subject-matter experts, 4.5 from instructional design experts, and 4.6 from media experts. Pre-test and post-test data demonstrated a significant improvement in learning outcomes, with the mean score increasing by 34.64 points—from 59.64 to 94.28. The t-test yielded a t-value of 40.748 > t-table 1.703 (df = 27; p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant effect of the model. The N-Gain score of 0.869 (86.9%) exceeded the effectiveness threshold of 0.6. These findings conclude that the SECURE Bootcamp training model is feasible for implementation and highly effective in improving DevSecOps competencies among banking digital talent/ management trainee.
