Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Smart Apps Creator (SAC) yang memuat materi pengenalan huruf, suku kata, kata sederhana, serta kuis interaktif dengan tiga tingkat kesulitan guna mendukung kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa autis di Maitri School. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya atensi siswa terhadap media cetak konvensional serta keterbatasan media fisik yang kurang adaptif terhadap karakteristik belajar siswa autis yang membutuhkan stimulus visual, audio, dan interaktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Persentase kelayakan dari ahli autisme sebesar 98,68% dengan keunggulan pada aspek audio, visual, daya tarik, isi, dan aksesibilitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa media sangat sesuai dengan karakteristik belajar siswa autis. Persentase kelayakan dari ahli materi sebesar 92,86% dengan keunggulan pada aspek daya tarik dan efektivitas, sehingga materi dinilai mampu menarik perhatian siswa serta mendukung proses pembelajaran membaca permulaan secara optimal. Sementara itu, persentase kelayakan dari ahli media sebesar 91,07% dengan keunggulan pada aspek interaktivitas dan daya tarik, yang menunjukkan bahwa tampilan dan fitur media mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Smart Apps Creator (SAC) memperoleh skor rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 94,20% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, sehingga dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan bagi siswa autis..Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Smart Apps Creator (SAC) dinyatakan efektif dan layak untuk mendukung kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa autis serta berpotensi dikembangkan ke tahap membaca lanjutan. Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif, Smart Apps Creator, Membaca Permulaan, Autisme. ***** This study aims to develop an interactive learning media based on Smart Apps Creator (SAC) that contains materials on letter recognition, syllables, simple words, and interactive quizzes with three levels of difficulty to support the early reading skills of students with autism at Maitri School. The background of this study is based on students’ low attention to conventional printed media and the limitations of physical learning media that are less adaptive to the learning characteristics of students with autism, who require visual, auditory, and interactive stimuli. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. The feasibility percentage from the autism expert was 98.68%, with strengths in the aspects of audio, visual, attractiveness, content, and accessibility, indicating that the media is highly suitable for the learning characteristics of students with autism. The feasibility percentage from the material expert was 92.86%, with strengths in the aspects of attractiveness and effectiveness, showing that the material is able to attract students’ attention and optimally support the early reading learning process. Meanwhile, the feasibility percentage from the media expert was 91.07%, with strengths in the aspects of interactivity and attractiveness, indicating that the design and features of the media can increase student engagement in learning. Overall, the interactive learning media based on Smart Apps Creator (SAC) obtained an average feasibility score of 94.20% in the “Very Feasible” category, so it can be effectively used in early reading instruction for students with autism. Therefore, the interactive learning media based on Smart Apps Creator (SAC) is declared effective and feasible to support the early reading skills of students with autism and has the potential to be developed for advanced reading stages.
