Abstract
***** The phenomenon of IPO underpricing in Indonesia reached a peak of 90.24% in 2024, indicating market inefficiency. This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, free float, and underwriter reputation on the level of underpricing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of 184 non-financial companies from the 2021–2024 period, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Secondary data were analyzed using Simple Linear Regression via EViews software with a 10% significance level. The results show that firm size has a negative and significant effect on underpricing, while free float has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, underwriter reputation was found to have no significant effect on the level of underpricing. These findings are expected to enrich the literature regarding investment strategies and information asymmetry in the Indonesian capital market.
