Abstract
Bencana dan kerusakan lingkungan secara global semakin mendesak, pendidikan menjadi kunci utama dalam membentuk kesadaran dan perilaku lingkungan yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya hijau, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik Tingkat SLTA di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik SLTA di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan secara multistage random sampling, yaitu stage (1) secara purposive sampling dipilih Wilayah Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Selatan. Berikutnya, stage (2) random sampling terpilih peserta didik SMA Negeri 40 Jakarta Utara sebanyak 177 orang, SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta Pusat sebanyak 154 responden, dan MA Negeri 11 Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 222 reponden. Jumlah total sampel penelitian sebesar 553 orang. Instrumen penelitian perilaku pro lingkungan berupa skala General Ecological Behavior Scale (GEB) berjumlah 22 butir reliabilitas 0,89,instrumen penelitian kepemimpinan transformasional dengan skala kepemimpinan berjumlah 18 butir reliabilitas 0,90, instrument penelitian budaya hijau dengan sekala budaya hijau berjumlah 14 butir reliabilitas 0,89, sedangkan instrument penelitian motivasi intrnsik dengan skala motivasi intrinsik berjumlah 18 butir reliabilitas 0,90. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial untuk uji linieritas dan anilisa jalur (path analysis). Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa: (i) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik; (ii) budaya hijau secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan peserta didik; (iii) motivasi intrinsik terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik; (iv) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsik peserta didik; (v) budaya hijau berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi intrinsik peserta didik secara signifikan; (vi) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan peserta didik melalui motivasi intrinsik secara signifikan; (vii) budaya hijau berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan peserta didik melalui motivasi intrinsik secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya hijau, dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan peserta didik tingkat SLTA; demikian halnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya hijau yang dimediasi oleh motivasi intrinsik memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan peserta didik tingkat SLTA. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Pro Lingkungan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Hijau, Motivasi Intrinsik, Pendidikan Lingkungan, Peserta Didik Global disasters and environmental damage are becoming increasingly urgent, and education is key to shaping responsible environmental awareness and behavior. This study aims to empirically determine the influence of transformational leadership, green culture, and intrinsic motivation on the pro-environmental behavior of high school students in Jakarta. This study is quantitative in nature, using a survey method. The research sample consists of high school students in Jakarta. Sampling was conducted using multistage random sampling, where stage (1) involved purposive sampling of the North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and South Jakarta regions. Next, in stage (2), random sampling was used to select 177 students from State High School 40 in North Jakarta, 154 respondents from State Vocational School 16 in Central Jakarta, and 222 respondents from State Islamic High School 11 in South Jakarta. The total sample size was 553 people. The research instrument for pro-environmental behavior was the General Ecological Behavior Scale (GEB) consisting of 22 items with a reliability of 0.89. The research instrument for transformational leadership was the leadership scale consisting of 18 items with a reliability of 0.90. The research instrument for green culture was the green culture scale consisting of 14 items with a reliability of 0.89. while the motivation research instrument consists of an intrinsic motivation scale with 18 items and a reliability coefficient of 0.90. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics for linearity testing, and path analysis. The findings of this study indicate that: (i) transformational leadership has a direct and significant influence on students' pro-environmental behavior; (ii) green culture has a significant direct influence on students' pro-environmental behavior; (iii) intrinsic motivation has a significant direct influence on students' pro-environmental behavior; (iv) transformational leadership has a direct and significant effect on students' intrinsic motivation; (v) green culture has a direct and significant effect on students' intrinsic motivation; (vi) transformational leadership has an indirect and significant effect on students' pro-environmental behavior through intrinsic motivation; (vii) green culture has a significant indirect effect on students' pro-environmental behavior through intrinsic motivation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership, green culture, and intrinsic motivation have a direct and significant effect on the pro environmental behavior of high school students; similarly, transformational leadership and green culture mediated by intrinsic motivation have a significant effect on the pro-environmental behavior of high school students.
