Abstract
Penelitian evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kualitas modul Growth Mindset sebagai bahan ajar yang digunakan pada pelatihan Digital Mindset tahun 2024. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan model evaluasi sumatif Dick and Carey yang mencakup tahapan analisis kesesuaian, analisis konten, dan analisis desain melalui penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala penilaian 1–4, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul Growth Mindset secara keseluruhan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84% dengan kategori “Baik”. Pada tahap analisis kesesuaian, modul dinilai telah sesuai dengan tujuan pelatihan dan kebutuhan peserta, meskipun perumusan tujuan pembelajaran masih perlu diperjelas agar lebih operasional. Pada tahap analisis konten, modul dinilai telah memiliki kelengkapan, kecukupan, dan relevansi materi yang baik, namun konsistensi penyajian contoh dan latihan masih perlu diperkuat agar lebih mendukung pembelajaran mandiri peserta. Selanjutnya, pada tahap analisis desain, modul dinilai telah memiliki komponen pembelajaran yang relatif lengkap, tetapi kualitas desain visual, kejelasan ilustrasi, penguatan umpan balik, serta unsur motivasional masih perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul digital Growth Mindset layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam Pelatihan Digital Mindset, namun masih memerlukan penyempurnaan pada aspek perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, konsistensi contoh dan latihan, kualitas desain visual, serta penguatan umpan balik dan unsur motivasional agar dapat berfungsi secara lebih optimal sebagai modul digital. ***** This evaluation study aims to obtain an overview of the quality of the Growth Mindset module as teaching material used in the 2024 Digital Mindset training. The evaluation was conducted using Dick and Carey's summative evaluation model, which includes stages of suitability analysis, content analysis, and design analysis through assessment by media experts and subject matter experts. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with a rating scale of 1–4, which were then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the Growth Mindset module as a whole received an average score of 84% in the “Good” category. In the suitability analysis stage, the module was deemed suitable for the training objectives and participants' needs, although the formulation of learning objectives still needed to be clarified to make them more operational. In the content analysis stage, the module was assessed as having good completeness, adequacy, and relevance of material, but the consistency of the presentation of examples and exercises still needed to be strengthened to better support participants' independent learning. Furthermore, in the design analysis stage, the module was assessed as having relatively complete learning components, but the quality of visual design, clarity of illustrations, reinforcement of feedback, and motivational elements still needed to be improved. Based on the evaluation results, it can be concluded that the Growth Mindset digital module is suitable for use as teaching material in Digital Mindset Training, but still needs improvement in terms of learning objective formulation, consistency of examples and exercises, visual design quality, and strengthening of feedback and motivational elements in order to function more optimally as a digital module.
