Abstract

Pembelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan di SMKN 12 Jakarta masih menghadapi hambatan akibat keterbatasan media pembelajaran, di mana guru hanya menggunakan PowerPoint dan siswa tidak memiliki buku paket. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran flipbook interaktif berbasis model ADDIE untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, keterampilan komunikasi, dan etika keprotokolan siswa SMK. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media flipbook sangat layak digunakan dengan persentase penilaian ahli media sebesar 90%, ahli desain pembelajaran 86%, dan ahli materi 96%. Revisi dilakukan sesuai masukan validator. Uji efektivitas memperoleh nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,75 dengan kategori tinggi, yang menunjukkan bahwa flipbook interaktif efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui penyajian materi terstruktur, visual menarik, dan kuis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa flipbook interaktif yang dikembangkan layak, efektif, serta mendapat respons positif dari siswa dan dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran vokasi Humas dan Keprotokolan. ***** The learning process of Public Relations and Protocol at SMKN 12 Jakarta still faces challenges due to limited learning media, where teachers rely solely on PowerPoint presentations and students do not have textbooks. This study aims to develop an interactive flipbook learning media based on the ADDIE model to enhance students’ conceptual understanding, communication skills, and protocol etiquette in vocational education. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The validation results indicated that the interactive flipbook is highly feasible for use, with expert assessments of 90% from media experts, 86% from instructional design experts, and 96% from subject matter experts. Revisions were made based on validators’ feedback. The effectiveness test produced an N-Gain score of 0.75, categorized as high, indicating that the flipbook is effective in improving students’ understanding through structured content, engaging visuals, and interactive quizzes. The study concludes that the developed interactive flipbook is feasible, effective, and well received by students, and is suitable for vocational learning in Public Relations and Protocol.
