Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Pendiidkan Kewirausahaan dan Kreativitas terhadap Minat Berwirausaha melalui Efikasi Diri sebagai variabel mediasi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 294 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS), yang dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (PK) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (MB). Kreativitas (K) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (MB). Efikasi Diri (ED) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (MB). Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (PK) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Efikasi Diri (ED). Kreativitas (K) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Efikasi Diri (ED). Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (PK) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (MB) melalui Efikasi Diri (ED). Dan Kreativitas (K) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (MB) melalui Efikasi Diri (ED). Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, Minat Berwirausaha, Efikasi Diri. ***** This study aims to examine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Creativity on Entrepreneurial Interest through Self-Efficacy as a mediating variable in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, Class of 2022. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, Class of 2022. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample size of 294 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Entrepreneurship Education (EE) has a significant indirect effect on Entrepreneurial Interest (EI) through Self-Efficacy (SE). Creativity (C) has a significant indirect effect on Entrepreneurial Interest (EI) through Self-Efficacy (SE).
