Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan Pengembangan Buku Panduan Konseling Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Untuk Mereduksi Agresi Verbal Peserta Didik SMA Negeri 1 Bekasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru BK atau konselor sekolah terhadap panduan konseling untuk menangani agresi verbal: 2) Menyusun dan mengembangkan panduan konseling CBT yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik SMA: 3) Mengetahui kelayakan panduan dari aspek isi dan tampilan berdasarkan penilaian pakar materi dan pakar media. Buku panduan konseling CBT ini terdiri dari 11 sesi dimana 1 sesi merupakan sesi pra-CBT dan 10 sesi lainnya merupakan sesi CBT yang dapat digunakan oleh guru BK dalam mengatasi agresi verbal yang dialami peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Bekasi. Adapun Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah berbasis riset (design based reseach), tahapan penelitian meliputi: studi pendahuluan, perancangan produk, validasi ahli materi dan media, uji coba terbatas, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket kebutuhan, validasi ahli, dan uji keterbacaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 54,55% peserta didik berada pada kategori agresi verbal sedang, 42,42% dalam kategori tinggi, dan hanya 3,03% dalam kategori rendah. Validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor total 92 dengan rerata 4 (kategori “Layak”), sementara validasi ahli media memperoleh skor total 61 dengan rerata 3,8 (kategori “Layak”). Uji keterbacaan oleh guru BK menghasilkan skor total 60 dengan rerata 4, juga dikategorikan “Layak”. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan konseling intervensi CBT yang dikembangkan dinilai layak dari segi isi, media, dan keterbacaan, serta berpotensi digunakan secara efektif dalam upaya mereduksi perilaku agresi verbal peserta didik di tingkat SMA. Buku panduan ini diharapkan menjadi panduan aplikatif dan sistematis dalam pelaksanaan konseling individu untuk mereduksi perilaku agresi verbal peserta didik, khususnya di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. ***** The research conducted is the Development of a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Counseling Guidebook to Reduce Verbal Aggression of Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bekasi. The objectives of this study are: 1) Identifying the needs of students and BK teachers or school counselors for counseling guides to handle verbal aggression: 2) Compiling and developing CBT counseling guides that are appropriate to the characteristics of high school students: 3) Knowing the feasibility of the guide from the content and appearance aspects based on the assessment of material experts and media experts. This CBT counseling guidebook consists of 11 sessions where 1 session is a pre-CBT session and the other 10 sessions are CBT sessions that can be used by BK teachers in dealing with verbal aggression experienced by students of SMA Negeri 1 Bekasi. The research design used in this study is research-based (Design Based Research), the research stages include: preliminary study, product design, validation by material and media experts, limited trials, and reflection. Data collection techniques are carried out through needs questionnaires, expert validation, and readability tests. The results of the study showed that 54.55% of students were in the moderate verbal aggression category, 42.42% in the high category, and only 3.03% in the low category. The validation by material experts obtained a total score of 92 with an average of 4 (category "Appropriate"), while the validation by media experts obtained a total score of 61 with an average of 3.8 (category "Appropriate"). The readability test by the guidance and counseling teacher resulted in a total score of 60 with an average of 4, also categorized as "Appropriate". These findings indicate that the developed CBT intervention counseling guidebook is considered appropriate in terms of content, media, and readability, and has the potential to be used effectively in efforts to reduce verbal aggression behavior in students at the high school level. This guidebook is expected to be an applicable and systematic guide in the implementation of individual counseling to reduce verbal aggression behavior in students, especially at the high school level.
