Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sumber belajar berupa video panduan yang membantu dalam menyusun kurikulum pelatihan bidang kesehatan secara sistematis serta sesuai standar kebijakan Kemenkes RI. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Hannafin & Peck (1988), yang terdiri dari tiga fase, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, serta pengembangan dan implementasi, dengan evaluasi dan revisi yang dilakukan pada setiap fasenya. Evaluasi formatif yang dilakukan melalui expert review dan uji coba pengguna. Hasil uji kelayakan produk oleh ahli materi pembelajaran memperoleh skor 98% (Sangat layak), dan ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh skor 91% (Sangat layak). Selanjutnya, uji coba pengguna mencakup tahap one-to-one kepada tiga orang pegawai Ditmutu Tenaga Kesehatan yang memberikan respon positif terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Tahap uji coba small group yang melibatkan enam pegawai yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok dan menghasilkan skor keseluruhan 97.07% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, video panduan yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dalam mendukung proses penyusunan kurikulum pelatihan di lingkingan Kemenkes RI. ***** This study aims to develop a learning resource in the form of a guidance video to assist in the systematic development of health training curricula in accordance with the policy standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The development process refers to the Hannafin and Peck model (1988), which consists of three phases: needs analysis, design, and development and implementation, with evaluation and revision conducted at each phase. Formative evaluation was carried out through expert review and user testing. The results of the feasibility assessment showed that the subject matter expert rated the product at 98% (very feasible), while the media expert rated it at 91% (very feasible). Furthermore, user testing included a one-to-one trial involving three staff members of the Directorate of Health Workforce Quality Improvement, who provided positive responses to the developed product. The small group trial involved six staff members divided into two groups and resulted in an overall score of 97.07%, categorized as very feasible. Based on these results, the developed guidance video was deemed suitable for use as a learning resource to support the process of developing training curricula within the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
