Abstract

***** This study aims to analyze the level of online learning utilization by students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta in the course Learning and Instructional Theory using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model. This study is motivated by the increasing implementation of online learning in higher education, which requires high-quality online learning systems capable of effectively supporting the teaching and learning process. A descriptive method with a quantitative approach was employed in this study. The research variables include system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. Data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire consisting of 15 statement items administered to students enrolled in the Learning and Instructional Theory course. The research instrument was tested for validity, and all items were found to be valid and suitable for data collection. The data were analyzed descriptively using mean scores and percentages to describe the level of online learning utilization. The results indicate that system quality achieved a percentage of 79% and information quality 82.5%, both of which fall into the very good category. Meanwhile, service quality obtained a percentage of 66.6% and user satisfaction 79.4%, which are categorized as good. These findings indicate that online learning at Universitas Negeri Jakarta has been effectively utilized to support online learning activities; however, improvements in service quality and user satisfaction are still needed to ensure more optimal and sustainable system performance
