Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan struktur dalam novel Tujuh Hari untuk Keshia karya Inggrid Sonya melalui pendekatan strukturalisme serta menganalisis kepribadian tokoh utama menggunakan perspektif psikoanalisis Carl Gustav Jung. Masalah utama yang diangkat ialah bagaimana pengalaman traumatis dan lingkungan sosial yang memengaruhi kondisi psikologis tokoh utama yang menyebabkan depresi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penelitian Novel Tujuh Hari untuk Keshia. Data berupa kutipan atau dialog yang mengandung unsur struktural dan aspek kepribadian yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik baca dan catat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis unsur instrinsik dan menginterpretasikannya dengan menggunakan teori kepribadia Carl Gustav Jung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan teori strukturalisme, novel ini memiliki keterkaitan antarunsur fiksi yang kuat, melalui fakta cerita (penokohan, alur, dan latar) serta tema yang saling mendukung. Alur cerita berjalan secara sistematis melalui tahap perkembangan konflik. Selanjutnya melalui kajian psikologi sastra Carl Gustav Jung, kepribadian tokoh utama yaitu Keshia yang dipengaruhi oleh struktur Ego yang goyah, Complex yang terbentuk dari luka masa lalu dan penolakan dari orang tua sejak kecil, dan Archetype yang hadir sebagai bentuk pertahanan diri. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menyimpulkan bahwa proses penyembuhan trauma tokoh utama Keshia terlewati melalui penerimaan diri dan pemulihan emosional terhadap masa lalunya yang pernah terjadi. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian Tokoh Utama, Carl Gustav Jung, Struktur Novel, Tujuh Hari untuk Keshia, Psikologi Sastra. ******* This study aims to describe the structure of the novel Tujuh Hari untuk Keshia by Inggrid Sonya through a structuralism approach and to analyze the personality of the main character using Carl Gustav Jung’s psychoanalytic perspective. The primary issue addressed is how traumatic experiences and the social environment influence the main character's psychological condition, leading to depression. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the novel Tujuh Hari untuk Keshia as the object of study. The data consists of quotes or dialogues containing structural elements and personality aspects, collected through reading and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was conducted by examining intrinsic elements and interpreting them using Carl Gustav Jung's personality theory. The results show that, based on structuralism theory, the novel possesses strong interconnections between fictional elements, where story facts (characterization, plot, and setting) and themes mutually support one another. The plot progresses systematically through stages of conflict development. Furthermore, through the lens of Carl Gustav Jung’s literary psychology, the main character Keshia’s personality is influenced by an unstable Ego, Complexes formed from past wounds and childhood parental rejection, and Archetypes that emerge as a form of self-defense. This study concludes that Keshia’s trauma healing process is achieved through self-acceptance and emotional recovery regarding her past experiences.
