Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interpersonal (interpersonal skills) anak usia 5–6 tahun melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) di kelas Kakak BKB PAUD Melati Indah RW. 08 Pisangan Lama III. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada setiap siklus dilakukan 8 kali tindakan, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 anak usia 5–6 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan interpersonal anak setelah penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Persentase kemampuan interpersonal anak meningkat dari 39% pada pra penelitian menjadi 58% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 98% pada siklus II. Peningkatan sebesar 59% menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan interpersonal anak, khususnya pada indikator self-system (sistem diri) dan security (rasa aman). Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna dalam meningkatkan kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini. **** This study aims to improve the interpersonal skills of children aged 5–6 years through the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in the "Kakak" class at BKB PAUD Melati Indah, RW 08 Pisangan Lama III. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with 8 sessions performed in each cycle, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 10 children aged 5–6 years. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis employed descriptive quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results indicated an improvement in the children's interpersonal skills following the implementation of project-based learning. The percentage of children's interpersonal skills increased from 39% in the pre-research stage to 58% in Cycle I, and reached 98% in Cycle II. The total increase of 59% demonstrates that project-based learning is effective in developing children's interpersonal skills, particularly in the self-system and security indicators. Thus, project-based learning can serve as an alternative fun and meaningful learning strategy to enhance the interpersonal skills of early childhood children.
