Abstract

Perundungan di sekolah menengah pertama merupakan fenomena kompleks yang berdampak pada kesehatan psikologis peserta didik, kualitas iklim sekolah, serta efektivitas layanan kesiswaan. Mekanisme pelaporan konvensional yang masih bersifat manual, kurang menjamin kerahasiaan pelapor, serta lemahnya integrasi data kasus menyebabkan penanganan perundungan belum optimal. Sejalan dengan tuntutan transformasi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model manajemen pencegahan perundungan berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan fungsi manajerial sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan adaptasi tahapan Borg & Gall, meliputi studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, serta uji coba terbatas. Model yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan prinsip Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC) ke dalam sistem digital yang memfasilitasi pelaporan anonim, pendokumentasian kasus berbasis data, monitoring tindak lanjut, serta koordinasi antara guru BK, Tim Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan (TPPK), kepala sekolah, dan orang tua. Validasi sebelum uji coba terbatas juga dilakukan oleh ahli manajemen pendidikan, ahli bimbingan konseling, dan ahli teknologi informasi, dilanjutkan dengan uji coba terbatas pada 30 peserta didik dan guru di SMP Negeri 274 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model dinilai layak secara konseptual, operasional, dan teknis berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas. Hasil uji coba model menunjukkan adanya respons positif pengguna, menguatnya kemauan siswa untuk melapor, koordinasi penanganan kasus yang lebih sistematis, serta memperkuat manajerial sekolah dalam pencegahan kekerasan. Dengan demikian, model manajemen pencegahan perundungan berbasis web yang dikembangkan berkontribusi sebagai inovasi tata kelola kesiswaan yang adaptif, transparan, dan berbasis data dalam mewujudkan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan ramah anak. ***** Bullying in junior high schools is a complex phenomenon that affects students’ psychological health, the quality of school climate, and the effectiveness of student services. Conventional reporting mechanisms, which remain manual in nature, provide limited confidentiality for reporters and suffer from weak integration of case data, resulting in suboptimal handling of bullying incidents. In line with the demands of digital transformation in educational management, this study aims to develop a web-based bullying prevention management model integrated with school managerial functions. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with an adaptation of the Borg and Gall stages, including preliminary study, planning, initial product development, and limited field testing. The developed model integrates the principles of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) into a digital system that facilitates anonymous reporting, data-based case documentation, follow-up monitoring, and coordination among school counselors, the Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK), school principals, and parents. Validation prior to field testing was conducted by experts in educational management, guidance and counseling, and information technology, followed by limited trials involving 30 students and teachers at SMP Negeri 274 Jakarta. The findings indicate that the model is conceptually, operationally, and technically feasible based on expert validation and limited field testing. The trial results show positive user responses, students becoming more willing to report bullying incidents, more systematic case-handling coordination, and strengthened school managerial functions in violence prevention. Therefore, the developed web-based bullying prevention management model contributes as an adaptive, transparent, and data-driven innovation in student affairs governance to foster a safe and child-friendly school environment.
