Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan inklusi di sekolah internasional menuntut pengelolaan tenaga pendidik yang responsif terhadap beragam kebutuhan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Meskipun praktik inklusi terus berkembang, penguatan sistem manajemen tenaga pendidik masih menjadi tantangan, terutama karena perbedaan kurikulum dan budaya kerja di sekolah internasional. Oleh karena itu, manajemen tenaga pendidik yang efektif menjadi kunci keberlanjutan program inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen tenaga pendidik dalam implementasi program inklusi di New Zealand School Jakarta (NZSJ) melalui aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen tenaga pendidik di NZSJ berjalan secara adaptif dalam praktik sehari-hari. Perencanaan dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan individual peserta didik, namun belum didukung oleh perencanaan strategis tertulis. Pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan ditandai oleh kolaborasi yang fleksibel, tetapi masih bergantung pada inisiatif individu dan belum memiliki mekanisme koordinasi formal. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan secara umum dan informal. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan sistem manajemen tenaga pendidik untuk menjaga konsistensi dan keberlanjutan praktik pendidikan inklusi di sekolah internasional. ***** The implementation of inclusive education in international schools requires teacher management that is responsive to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs. Although inclusive practices continue to develop, strengthening teacher management systems remains a challenge, particularly due to differences in curriculum and work culture in international schools. Therefore, effective teacher management is essential to ensure the sustainability of inclusive education programs. This study aims to analyze teacher management in the implementation of inclusive education programs at New Zealand School Jakarta (NZSJ) through the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that teacher management at NZSJ operates adaptively in daily practice. Teacher planning is based on students’ individual needs but is not yet supported by documented strategic planning. Organization and implementation are characterized by flexible collaboration; however, they remain largely dependent on individual initiative and lack formal coordination mechanisms. Monitoring and evaluation are conducted in a general and informal manner. These findings highlight the need to strengthen teacher management systems to ensure consistency and sustainability of inclusive education practices in international schools.
