Abstract
Digitalisasi administrasi perkantoran menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan kerja dan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi digitalisasi administrasi perkantoran di PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCOM), mengidentifikasi tantangan atau hambatan yang dihadapi, serta mengkaji dampak penerapan digitalisasi administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah digitalisasi administrasi perkantoran di PGNCOM. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dengan empat informan kunci yang terlibat langsung dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan penggunaan sistem administrasi digital, didukung oleh observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi administrasi di PGNCOM telah diterapkan melalui pemanfaatan berbagai sistem dan aplikasi digital sebagai bagian dari proses transformasi, namun pelaksanaannya masih memerlukan penguatan agar dapat berjalan secara terintegrasi dan konsisten. Tantangan utama yang ditemukan meliputi belum terintegrasinya sistem secara menyeluruh, alur proses bisnis yang masih panjang, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kendala teknis sistem, serta adaptasi dan kebiasaan kerja pegawai. Dari sisi dampak, digitalisasi administrasi memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kecepatan proses kerja, fleksibilitas kerja pegawai, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, kemudahan akses informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan, peningkatan keamanan data, serta penguatan citra dan kepercayaan eksternal perusahaan. Namun, dampak negatif masih muncul akibat penerapan digitalisasi yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya integrasi sistem yang lebih menyeluruh, penyederhanaan alur kerja, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta komitmen dan peran kepemimpinan digital yang konsisten agar transformasi digital dapat berjalan berkelanjutan dan memperkuat kepercayaan mitra serta citra perusahaan. This study aims to analyze the implementation of office administration digitalization at PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCOM), identify the challenges or obstacles encountered, and examine the impacts of its implementation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. The unit of analysis in this study was the implementation of office administration digitalization at PGNCOM. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with four key informants who were directly involved in the planning, management, and use of digital administrative systems, supported by observation and documentation review. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that office administration digitalization at PGNCOM has been implemented through the utilization of various digital systems and applications as part of an ongoing transformation process; however, its implementation still requires further strengthening to achieve consistent and integrated operation. The main challenges identified include the lack of comprehensive system integration, lengthy business process workflows, limited human resources, technical system constraints, and employee adaptation and work habits. In terms of impact, office administration digitalization has generated positive effects such as increased work process speed, greater employee work flexibility, improved resource efficiency, easier access to information for decision-making, enhanced data security, and strengthened corporate image and external trust. Nevertheless, negative impacts remain due to the digitalization process not yet being fully optimal. This study recommends the need for more comprehensive system integration, workflow simplification, enhancement of human resource competencies, and consistent digital leadership commitment to ensure sustainable digital transformation and to strengthen partner trust and corporate image.
