Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung teacher leadership, work motivation dan environmental justice terhadap citizenship behavior toward environment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan eksplonatori melalui studi kausal, yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 255 guru SMPN di Kota Bima yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara multistage proportional random sampling untuk menjamin representatif data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i). teacher leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap work motivation dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,693; (ii). teacher leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap environmental justice dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,634; (iii). teacher leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap citizenship behavior toward environment dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,600; (iv). Work motivation berpengaruh langsung terhadap citizenship behavior toward environment dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,586; (v). Environmental justice berpengaruh langsung terhadap citizenship behavior toward environment dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,625; (vi). Teacher leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap citizenship behavior toward environmental melalui work motivation dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,406; (vii). Teacher leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap citizenship behavior toward environmental melalui environmental justice dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,396. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Citizenship Behavior Toward Environment dapat ditingkatkan melalui sinergi antara teacher leadership, work motivation, dan environmental justice. Kata Kunci: Teacher Leadership, Work Motivation, Environmental Justice, Citizenship Behavior Toward Environment ***** This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of teacher leadership, work motivation, and environmental justice on citizenship behavior toward the environment. The research method used is a survey with an exploratory approach through a causal study, which is analyzed using path analysis techniques. This study involved a sample of 255 junior high school teachers in Bima City, which was determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique was multistage proportional random sampling to ensure data representativeness. The results showed that: (i) teacher leadership had a direct effect on work motivation with a path coefficient of 0.693; (ii) teacher leadership had a direct effect on environmental justice with a path coefficient of 0.634; (iii) teacher leadership had a direct effect on citizenship behavior toward the environment with a path coefficient of 0.600; (iv) Work motivation has a direct effect on citizenship behavior toward the environment with a path coefficient of 0.586; (v). Environmental justice has a direct effect on citizenship behavior toward the environment with a path coefficient of 0.625; (vi). Teacher leadership has an indirect effect on citizenship behavior toward the environment through work motivation with a path coefficient of 0.406; (vii). Teacher leadership has an indirect effect on citizenship behavior toward the environment through environmental justice with a path coefficient of 0.396. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that citizenship behavior toward the environment can be improved through the synergy between teacher leadership, work motivation, and environmental justice.
