Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan peserta didik untuk menguasai keterampilan menulis teks persuasi yang logis dan kreatif. Namun, sering terkendala oleh keterbatasan dan kesulitan menyusun struktur teks seperti iklan, slogan, dan poster. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan bahan ajar keterampilan menulis teks persuasi berbasis multimodal dalam pembelajaran genre-based. Menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), penelitian melibatkan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP sebagai subjek uji coba. Produk akhir yang dihasilkan berupa modul digital interaktif dan buku panduan guru yang mengintegrasikan elemen visual, audio, dan teks. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahan ajar tergolong kategori sangat layak dengan penilaian ahli materi 89,59%, ahli kebahasaan 100%, dan ahli media 89,72%, mencapai rata-rata gabungan 93,10%. Uji coba lapangan memperkuat hasil ini dengan respons pengguna kategori sangat layak dan layak, yakni penilaian pendidik sebesar 93,35% dan peserta didik sebesar 82,75%. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar ini dinyatakan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan guna mendukung pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang lebih kontekstual dan interaktif. ***** This research is motivated by the need for students to master the skill of writing logical and creative persuasive texts. However, they are often hampered by limitations and difficulties in structuring texts such as advertisements, slogans, and posters. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of teaching materials for persuasive text writing skills based on multimodal in genre-based learning. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, the study involved eighth-grade junior high school students as test subjects. The final product is an interactive digital module and a teacher's guidebook that integrates visual, audio, and text elements. The validation results show that the teaching materials are categorized as very feasible with assessments from material experts of 89.59%, language experts 100%, and media experts 89.72%, reaching a combined average of 93.10%. The field trial strengthens this result with user responses in the very feasible and feasible category, namely assessments from educators of 93.35% and students of 82.75%. Thus, this teaching material is deemed highly suitable for implementation to support more contextual and interactive Indonesian language learning.
