Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) serta menentukan tarif pokok, tarif ideal, dan Break Even Point (BEP) pada angkutan trucking rute Jakarta–Bandung menggunakan armada head truck dengan flatbed 40 feet. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan perhitungan biaya tetap, biaya tidak tetap, dan biaya overhead berdasarkan aktivitas operasional kendaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total BOK sebesar Rp666.967.680 per tahun atau Rp2.925.297 per ritase. Tarif pokok yang diperoleh adalah Rp117/kg, Rp121.887/pallet, dan Rp48.755/m³. Dengan penambahan management fee sebesar 30%, tarif ideal menjadi Rp152/kg, Rp158.454/pallet, dan Rp63.381/m³. Titik impas (BEP) dicapai pada 5 kali ritase atau setara dengan 108.283 kg, 104 pallet, atau 260 m³ muatan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam penetapan tarif angkutan yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to analyze Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) and determine the base tariff, ideal tariff, and Break Even Point (BEP) for trucking transportation on the Jakarta–Bandung route using a head truck with a 40-foot flatbed. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied by calculating fixed costs, variable costs, and overhead costs based on vehicle operational activities. The results show that the total VOC amounts to IDR 666,967,680 per year or IDR 2,925,297 per trip. The calculated base tariffs are IDR 117 per kilogram, IDR 121,887 per pallet, and IDR 48,755 per cubic meter. After adding a 30% management fee, the ideal tariffs increase to IDR 152 per kilogram, IDR 158,454 per pallet, and IDR 63,381 per cubic meter. The Break Even Point (BEP) is achieved at five trips, equivalent to a load of 108,283 kg, 104 pallets, or a volume of 260 m³. This study is expected to serve as a reference for companies in determining competitive and efficient transportation tariffs to ensure business sustainability.
