Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi untuk siswa/i SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall, adapun subjek dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu siswa/i SMAN 8 DEPOK. Pada uji coba terbatas (uji coba kelompok kecil) menggunakan subjek 20 siswa/i dan uji coba kelompok besar menggunakan 40 subjek sedangkan uji efektivitas menggunakan 40 subjek. Pada uji efektivitas model pembelajaran menggunakan instrumen penilaian keterampilan fase persiapan, fase gelincir, fase pengantaran dan fase pemulihan mengunakan rubrik/portofolio (penilaian proses). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t, hasil pada tes awal sebelum diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi yaitu sebesar 47.70 kemudian setelah di berikan perlakuan model pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi meningkat menjadi 83.68. Dalam uji signifikansi perbedaan dengan aplikasi SPSS Statistic memperoleh hasil t-hitung -85.377 dan Sig.(2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi untuk siswa/i SMA sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi. Berdasarkan analisis data diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa medel pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya membelakangi untuk siswa/i SMA efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tolak peluru gaya membelakangi untuk siswa/i SMA. Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Tolak Peluru Gaya Membelakangi The aim of this research is to produce and develop a backward-style learning model for high school students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method from Borg and Gall, while the subjects in this research and development are students of SMAN 8 DEPOK. In limited trials (small group trials) using 20 students / i subjects and large group trials using 40 subjects while the effectiveness test uses 40 subjects. In the effectiveness test of the learning model using the instrument assessment skills preparation phase, slip phase, delivery phase and recovery phase using a rubric / portfolio (process assessment). Analysis of the data in this study used the t-test, the results of the initial test before being given the treatment of the shot style learning model with a backward force shot that is equal to 47.70 then after being given the treatment of the learning style the object of rejecting the bullet style increased to 83.68. In the test of significance of the difference with the application of SPSS Statistics, the result of t-count is -85.377 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the learning style of shot put-back-style for high school students before and after being given the treatment of the learning model of shot put back style. Based on the analysis of the data above, it can be said that the learning style of turning shot bullet style for high school students is effective and can improve the learning outcomes of backward style shot bullet for high school students.
