Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses kaderisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Semi Otonom Masjid Al-Ijtima’i Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Jakarta (BSO MAI FISH UNJ) serta transformasi kepribadian mahasiswa setelah mengikuti proses kaderisasi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kaderisasi BSO MAI FISH UNJ yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan Studi Wisata Islam Season (SWISS), mentoring, dan Muslim Leadership Training Faculty (MLTF) mampu membentuk lingkungan pembelajaran sosial bagi mahasiswa. Kemampuan berkomunikasi mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan kemampuan bekerja sama berada pada kategori sedang. Sementara itu, transformasi kepribadian mahasiswa ditunjukkan melalui kepercayaan diri yang berada pada kategori sedang menuju tinggi dan tanggung jawab pada kategori sedang. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kaderisasi berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan kemampuan sosial dan pembentukan kepribadian mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan Teori Pembelajaran Sosial Albert Bandura yang menekankan pentingnya observasi, interaksi sosial, dan pengalaman belajar dalam membentuk perilaku individu.*****This study aims to describe the cadre development process implemented by BSO MAI FISH UNJ and the personality transformation of students after participating in the process. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The sample consisted of 55 students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that the cadre development process, which includes Studi Wisata Islam Season (SWISS), mentoring, and Muslim Leadership Training Faculty (MLTF), provides a social learning environment for students. Communication skills were categorized as high, while teamwork skills were categorized as moderate. Students’ personality transformation was reflected in moderate-to-high self-confidence and moderate responsibility. The findings indicate that the cadre development process contributes to the development of students’ social skills and personality. These findings are consistent with Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, which emphasizes the role of observation, social interaction, and learning experiences in shaping individual behavior.
