Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja (quality of work life) terhadap kinerja (2) pengaruh rewards terhadap kinerja (3) pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja (Quality of Work Life) terhadap rewards. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK. 1 R. Said Sukanto yang berjumlah 142 perawat. Sempel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan kualitas kehidupan kerja (quality of work life) terhadap kinerja (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan rewards terhadap kinerja, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan kualitas kehidupan kerja (quality of work life) terhadap rewards. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah upaya peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja quality of work life) dan rewards. Artinya bahwa kinerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja (quality of work life) serta pemberian rewards kepada perawat. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of quality of work life on performance (2) the effect of rewards on performance (3) the effect of quality of work life on rewards. The research method used was a survey with path analysis techniques. The population in this study was nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital. Level 1 R. Said Sukanto of 142 nurses. The samples in this study as many as 105 were selected based on simple random sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a direct and significant influence on the quality of work life on performance (2) there is a direct and significant effect on rewards on performance, and (3) there is a direct and significant influence on the quality of work life of rewards. The implication of this research is that efforts to improve performance can be done through improving the quality of work life and rewards. This means that performance can be improved through improving the quality of work life and giving rewards to nurses.
