Abstract

Kolaborasi guru dan orang tua berperan penting dalam asesmen keterampilan sosial anak usia dini, namun pelaksanaannya di layanan daycare belum sistematis, terdokumentasi, dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi faktual pelaksanaan asesmen, mengembangkan Model Kolaborasi Guru dan Orang Tua berbantuan aplikasi SI ASIK, menguji kelayakan model, serta menguji efektivitas implementasinya dalam pelaksanaan asesmen keterampilan sosial anak di daycare. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) Borg dan Gall yang meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, validasi, uji coba, revisi, uji efektivitas, dan diseminasi. Studi pendahuluan dilakukan melalui Systematic Literature Review, survei, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Model dikembangkan melalui integrasi teori Epstein dan Hornby, kemudian divalidasi secara empiris menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) terhadap 111 responden. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model dengan lima dimensi, yaitu Komitmen Kolaborasi, Partisipasi Orang Tua, Literasi Pengasuhan, Komunikasi dan Umpan Balik, serta Asesmen Kolaboratif dan Monitoring yang diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi SI ASIK. Hasil validasi menunjukkan model layak digunakan, sedangkan uji kepraktisan menunjukkan kategori baik. Pengujian efektivitas menunjukkan implementasi model efektif memperkuat kolaborasi guru dan orang tua, ditunjukkan oleh uji Wilcoxon (p<0,05) dan nilai N-Gain 96,28% (kategori efektif). Implementasi model juga diikuti oleh perubahan signifikan pada hasil pengukuran keterampilan sosial anak menggunakan Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) sebagai dampak implementasi model. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SI ASIK layak dan efektif mendukung asesmen keterampilan sosial anak secara kolaboratif di daycare. ****** Collaboration between teachers and parents plays an important role in assessing early childhood social skills, but its implementation in daycare services is neither systematic, documented, nor integrated. This study aims to identify the current conditions of assessment implementation, develop a Teacher and Parent Collaboration Model assisted by the SI ASIK application, test the model's feasibility, and assess its effectiveness in assessing children's social skills in daycare. The study used the Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) method, which includes a preliminary study, model development, validation, trial, revision, effectiveness test, and dissemination. The preliminary study was conducted through a Systematic Literature Review, surveys, observations, documentation, and interviews. The model was developed by integrating Epstein and Hornby's theory, then empirically validated using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with 111 respondents. The results of the study produced a model with five dimensions, namely Collaborative Commitment, Parental Participation, Parenting Literacy, Communication and Feedback, and Collaborative Assessment and Monitoring, which are implemented in the SI ASIK application. Validation results indicated that the model was feasible for use, and the practicality test received a good rating. Effectiveness testing showed that model implementation strengthened teacher-parent collaboration, as indicated by the Wilcoxon test (p<0.05) and an N-Gain of 96.28% (effective category). Model implementation was also followed by significant changes in children's social skills, as measured by the Social Skills Rating System (SSRS). These findings indicate that the ASIK (Student Social Skills Assessment System) is feasible and effective in supporting collaborative assessment of children's social skills in daycare.
