Abstract

Kepribadian merupakan pikiran, perasaan, dan tingkah laku dalam kesadaran maupun ketidaksadaran seseorang. Dinamika keluarga merupakan hubungan dinamis antar anggota keluarga yang terbentuk atas interaksi sistem emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tipe kepribadian tokoh Abah, Emak, Euis, Ara pada lagu dan dinamika keluarga melalui lirik lagu dalam teater “Musikal Keluarga Cemara” karya Pasha Prakasa. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tipe kepribadian milik Carl Jung dan teori dinamika keluarga milik Murray Bowen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan observasi dan studi pustaka. Data dianalisis teori struktur puisi Herman J. Waluyo, tipe kepribadian Carl Jung, dan dinamika keluarga Murray Bowen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tipe kepribadian tokoh Abah merupakan pikiran – ekstroversi, tokoh Emak bertipe perasaan – introversi, tokoh Euis bertipe perasaan – introversi dengan intuisi sebagai fungsi pendukung, dan tokoh Ara bertipe perasaan – ekstroversi. Untuk hasil penelitian dinamika keluarga ditemukan bahwa terdapat diferensiasi diri yang berbeda-beda, triangulasi dan proyeksi sebagai sistem keluarga yang nyata, transmisi antargenerasi untuk memastikan nilai-nilai dari orang tua kepada anak, dengan posisi Euis sebagai sulung dan Ara sebagai bungsu, serta tekanan dari luar yang masyarakat turut membentuk dinamika internal keluarga. Family dynamics refer to the dynamic relationships among family members that arise from interactions within an emotional system. This study aims to analyze the personality types of the characters Abah, Emak, Euis, and Ara as presented in the songs, and to examine family dynamics conveyed through the lyrics of the theatrical work Musikal Keluarga Cemara by Pasha Prakasa. The theoretical framework combines Carl Jung’s theory of personality types and Murray Bowen’s family dynamics theory. A qualitative descriptive method was employed; data was collected through observation and literature review and analyzed using Herman J. Waluyo’s theory of poetic structure, Jung’s personality type theory, and Bowen’s family dynamics concepts. Findings indicate that Abah is characterized by a thinking–extraversion personality type; Emak by a feeling–introversion type; Euis by a feeling–introversion type with intuition as a supporting function; and Ara by a feeling–extraversion type. Regarding family dynamics, the study found varying levels of differentiation among family members; triangulation and projection functioning as observable familial processes; intergenerational transmission ensuring the flow of parental values to children; a functional balance created by Euis’s position as the eldest and Ara’s role as the youngest; and external pressures, such as economic conditions and the surrounding community, that shape the family’s internal dynamics.
