Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas produk modular tas dengan desain Batik Jlamprang sebagai inovasi produk fashion berkelanjutan berdasarkan dimensi kualitas produk menurut David Garvin yang meliputi aspek performance (kinerja), features (fitur), reliability (keandalan), conformance (kesesuaian), aesthetics (estetika), dan perceived quality (kualitas yang dipersepsikan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experiment dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis pre-experimental dengan desain one-shot case study. Produk yang dinilai terdiri atas lima desain modular tas yang dapat dialihfungsikan menjadi obi melalui penerapan sistem modular. Penilaian dilakukan oleh lima panelis ahli menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berdasarkan dimensi kualitas produk David Garvin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif melalui perhitungan skor dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk modular tas dengan desain Batik Jlamprang memperoleh persentase keseluruhan sebesar 96,74% dengan kategori Sangat Bagus (SB). Seluruh aspek penilaian memperoleh kategori Sangat Bagus, dengan aspek aesthetics memperoleh penilaian tertinggi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produk memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dari segi fungsi, fitur, keandalan, kesesuaian, estetika, serta kualitas yang dipersepsikan. Dengan demikian, produk modular tas dengan desain Batik Jlamprang dinilai layak sebagai produk fashion berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan fleksibilitas, nilai budaya lokal, dan kebutuhan pengguna melalui penerapan sistem modular. ***** This study aimed to determine the quality of a modular bag with a Batik Jlamprang design as a sustainable fashion product innovation based on David Garvin's product quality dimensions, including performance, features, reliability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality. The study employed an experimental method with a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental oneshot case study design. The assessed products consisted of five modular bag designs that could be transformed into an obi through the implementation of a modular system. Product evaluation was conducted by five expert panelists using a questionnaire developed based on David Garvin's product quality dimensions. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis through score and percentage calculations. The results showed that the modular bag with a Batik Jlamprang design achieved an overall score of 96.74%, categorized as Excellent. All assessment aspects were rated in the Excellent category, with the aesthetics dimension obtaining the highest score. These findings indicate that the product demonstrates excellent quality in terms of performance, features, reliability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality. Therefore, the modular bag with a Batik Jlamprang design is considered a feasible sustainable fashion product that integrates flexibility, local cultural values, and users' needs through the application of a modular system.
