Abstract

Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) sebagai lembaga pendidikan menengah yang mencetak lulusan siap kerja, tentunya mempunyai tanggungjawab yang besar untuk membekali peserta didik sehingga mempunyai daya saing dalam menghadapi era MEA dan mengantisipasi datangnya gelombang revolusi industri 4.0. Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan sebuah sekolah tidak terlepas dari kualitas gurunya. Komitmen profesi adalah sebuah bentuk kepercayaan seseorang terhadap nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam profesi yang sudah ditetapkan sebagai pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat sebanyak 449 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 212 Guru. Dalam penelitian ini komitmen profesi guru di pengaruhi secara langsung oleh variabel motivasi dengan analisis jalur 0,286, variabel pemberdayaan sebesar 0,283, variabel tanggung jawab sebesar 0,279 dan variabel budaya kerja sebesar 0,272. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini faktor, motivasi guru, pemberdayaan kepala sekolah terhadap guru, tanggung jawab guru selama beraktivitas dan budaya kerja dan variabel lain dapat mempengaruhi dalam pembentukan komitmen profesi. Keywords: Budaya Kerja, Komitmen Profesi, Motivasi, Pemberdayaan, Tanggung Jawab Vocational high school (SMK) as a secondary education institution that prints ready-to-work graduates, of course, has a large responsibility to equip students so that they have competitiveness in facing the MEA era and anticipate the coming wave of 4.0 industrial revolution. The quality of human resources produced by a school is inseparable from the quality of its teachers. Professional commitment is a form of one's trust in the values contained in a profession that has been determined as his job. This study uses a quantitative approach, with path analysis. The population in this study were 449 teachers of Public Vocational Schools in the Central Jakarta Administrative City, with 212 teachers as samples. In this study the teaching profession commitment was directly influenced by the motivation variable with path analysis 0.286, the empowerment variable was 0.283, the responsibility variable was 0.279 and the work culture variable was 0.272. Based on the results of this study, factors, teacher motivation, empowerment of principals to teachers, teacher responsibilities during activities and work culture and other variables can influence the formation of professional commitments.
