Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses manajeman sumber daya dosen di STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena (STKIP BBG) Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada: 1) Rekrutmen dan seleksi, (2) Pendidikan dan pelatihan, (3) Pengembangan Karir, (4) Insentif, dan (5) Kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian di analisis secara kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data, model deskriptif-induktif dan reflektif secara khusus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah manajemen sumber daya dosen di STKIP BBG Banda Aceh sudah dilakukan mulai dari awal proses rekrutmen dan seleksi. Pada proses ini STKIP BBG melakukan magang kepada dosen untuk ditempatkan di setiap bagian yang ada di kampus, dengan harapan bisa menggali potensi yang dimiliki oleh dosen. Peningkatan karir dosen menjadi hal yang diperhatikan dalam pengembangan sumber daya dosen. Begitu juga pendidikan dan pelatihan, dimana dosen selalu di support dalam kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan agar sumber daya dosen di STKIP BBG Banda Aceh menjadi lebih baik. Insentif dan promosi selalu diberikan dan menjadi pertimbangan dan memberikan semangat kepada dosen realisasi dilapangan, insentif masih disesuaikan dengan kemampuan yayasan. Kinerja dalam pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi sudah teratur dengan baik. Program-program dalam pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi dilakukan secara berkesinambungan agar sumber daya dosen tetap terjaga. Kesemuannya dalam manajemen sumber daya dosen berpijak pada visi institusi untuk menjadi perguruan tinggi yang unggul. *************************** The purpose of this study was to determine the management process of lecturer resources at the STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena (STKIP BBG) Banda Aceh. This research is focused on 1) Recruitment and selection, (2) Education and training, (3) Career Development, (4) Incentives, and (5) Performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation study, then analyzed qualitatively. As for data analysis techniques, descriptive-inductive and reflective models are specifically used in this study. The results of this study are the management of lecturer resources at the STKIP BBG Banda Aceh, starting from the beginning of the recruitment and selection process. In this process STKIP BBG interned lecturers to be placed in every part of the campus, hoping to explore the potential possessed by the lecturer. Improvement of lecturer careers is a matter of concern in developing lecturer resources. Likewise, education and training, where lecturers are alwayssupportedin education and training activities so that lecturer resources at Banda Aceh STKIP BBG become better. Incentives and promotions are always given and taken into consideration and give encouragement to lecturers in the field realization, incentives are still adjusted to the ability of the foundation. Performance in the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education has been well organized. Programs in the implementation of the tri dharma of higher educationare carried out continuously so that lecturer resources are maintained. His findings in the management of lecturer resources are based on the vision of the institution to become a superior university.
