Abstract
ABSTRAK Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku kewargaan organisasi, dari pengembangan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Konsep ini dapat mendukung kemajuan organisasi ke arah yang positif. OCB yang bersifat sukarela, yang tidak secara langsung dan eksplisit mendapat penghargaan dari sistem imbalan formal dan yang secara keseluruhan mendorong keefektifan fungsi-fungsi organisasi, sehingga peran OCB menjadi sangat penting untuk pengembangan organisasi. Penelitian Kuantitatif ini bertujuan secara empiris untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung positif variabel budaya organisasi, personality, teamwork, procedural justice, terhadap OCB serta pengaruh tidak langsung positif variabel budaya organisasi, personality, teamwork terhadap OCB melalui procedural justice di JOB Tomori Pertamina E&P Sulawesi . Survei ini dikembangkan dengan melibatkan 250 karyawan sebagai responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif, dan analisis path dengan aplikasi SPSS 25 dan Sobel Test. Dari 10 hipotesis yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil uji statistik ditemukan pengaruh total budaya organisasi terhadap OCB sebesar 27,6%, teamwork terhadap OCB sebesar 36,1%, personality terhadap OCB sebesar 28,3%, sedangkan procedural justice terhadap OCB sebesar 21,5% sebagai variabel intervening. Hal ini yang menarik adalah pengaruh teamwork terhadap OCB yang sangat siginifikan. Adanya teamwork yang membuat karyawan dapat bekerja sama rekan sangat solid yang mampu meningkatkan OCB di perusahaan sehingga produktifitas nya ikut meningkat terlihat dari pengaruh total hasilnya lebih besar di bandingkan pengaruh total varibel yang lainnya. Kebaruan pada variabel intervening yaitu procedural justice karyawan JOB Tomori Pertamina E&P Sulawesi yang dipengaruhi oleh empat variabel dengan variabel eksogen dan intervening secara langsung dan tidak langsung. **************************** ABSTRACT Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is an organizational citizenship behavior, from the development of human resource management. This concept can support the organization's progress in a positive direction. Voluntary OCB, which does not directly and explicitly get an award from the formal reward system and which as a whole encourages the effectiveness of organizational functions, so that the role of OCB becomes very important for organizational development. This quantitative research aims empirically to examine and analyze the positive direct influence of organizational culture, personality, teamwork, procedural justice variables on OCB, and positive indirect effects of organizational culture, personality, teamwork variables on OCB through procedural justice in JOB Tomori Pertamina E&P Sulawesi. This survey was developed involving 250 employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, and path analysis using SPSS 25 and Sobel Test applications. Of the 10 hypotheses developed based on the results of statistical tests found the total influence of organizational culture on OCB of 27.6%, teamwork of OCB of 36.1%, personality of OCB of 28.3%, while procedural justice against OCB of 21.5% as an intervening variable. What is interesting is that the influence of teamwork on OCB is very significant. The existence of teamwork that allows employees to work together is very solid partners who can increase OCB in the company so that its productivity also increases as seen from the effect of the total results is greater than the influence of the other total variables. The novelty of intervening variables, namely JOB Tomori Pertamina E&P Sulawesi employee procedural justice which is influenced by four variables with exogenous and intervening variables directly and indirectly.
