Abstract

Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang program pengembangan diri islami yang dimiliki oleh Sekolah Miniatur Madinah Al-Amien Bojonggede, dimana sekolah tersebut memiliki program pengembangan diri yang memfokuskan pada pengembangan tujuh dimensi anak. Tujuh dimensi tersebut meliputi dimensi spiritual, emosional, intelektual, sosial, estetika, finansial, dan jasmani. Pengembangan pada masing-masing dimensi tersebut dipenuhi dengan nilai-nilai islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dimana di dalamnya dijelaskan bagaimana program pengembangan diri pada tujuh dimensi anak yang meliputi dimensi spiritual, emosional, intelektual, sosial, estetika, finansial, dan jasmani. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Stephen R. Cohey yang menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan diri merupakan proses pembaruan yang meliputi berbagai dimensi dalam diri seseorang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan program. (2) Pelaksanaan program dimana didalamnya terdapat berbagai kegiatan yang membantu proses pengembangan diri siswa yang meliputi dimensi spriritual, intelektual, sosial, emosional, estetika, finansial, dan jasmani. (3) Evaluasi program. (4) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan program pengembangan diri. This study describes the Islamic self-development program owned by the Madinah Al-Amien Bojonggede School, where the school has a self-development program that focuses on the development of the seven dimensions of children. The seven dimensions include the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, social, aesthetic, financial and physical dimensions. Development in each of these dimensions is filled with Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, in which it is explained how the self-development program in the seven dimensions of children which includes spiritual, emotional, intellectual, social, aesthetic, financial, and physical dimensions. The data collection is done through a process of observation, interviews, and study of documentation. The theory used in this research is Stephen R. Cohey's theory which explains that self-development is a process of renewal that includes various dimensions in a person. The results showed: (1) Program planning. (2) The implementation of the program in which there are various activities that help the student's self-development process which includes spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, aesthetic, financial, and physical dimensions. (3) Program evaluation. (4) Factors that support and hinder the implementation of self-development programs.
