Abstract
ABSTRAK Wahyu Chaidir, Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Spiritual Siswa (Studi Kasus SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta), Skripsi, Konsentrasi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa dengan SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta sebagai studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakasanakan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan/kegigihan, triangulasi data, analisis kasus negatif dan member chek. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yakni verifikasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai upaya guru PAIdalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta, yaitu: Pertama, upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa didalam kelas dengan cara menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual melalui metode pembelajaran dan proses pembelajaran. Kedua, upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di luar kelas melalui kegiatan dan program keagamaan seperti shalat berjamaah, IMTAQ, SISKOM, Homestay dan PHBI. Ketiga, bersinergi dengan Yayasan Al Kahfi dalam meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan potensi kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta. Faktor pendukung upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta meliputi adanya partner guru PAI yang saling membantu, stake holder yang selalu mendukung dan sikap antusias dari siswa. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah minimnya dukungan dari orang tua, pengaruh teman sebaya dan kurikulum yang kurang mendalam. This study aims to describe the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing students spiritual intelligence along with the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by Islamic religious education teachers in increasing students' spiritual intelligence with State Senior High School 21 Jakarta as a case study. This research was conducted in March to April 2020. The research method used is qualitative research methods. Data collection procedure is by observation, interview and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses extended monitoring techniques, increased persistence / persistence, data triangulation, negative case analysis and member checks. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data verification, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there were teacher experiment results in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students at State Senior High School 21 Jakarta, namely: First, increasing the spiritual intelligence of students in the classroom by instilling spiritual values through learning methods and the learning process. Second, efforts to increase the spiritual intelligence of students outside the classroom through religious activities and programs such as congregational prayer, IMTAQ, SISKOM, Homestay and PHBI. Third, synergize with the Al Kahfi Foundation in enhancing and optimizing the intelligence potential of students at State Senior High School 21 Jakarta. Factors supporting the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in improving students spiritual intelligence in State Senior High School 21 Jakarta include the existence of Islamic Education teacher partners who help each other, stake holders who always support and enthusiastic attitudes of students. The inhibiting factors are the lack of support from parents, peer influence and a less profound curriculum.
