Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Jakarta Selatan wilayah II kecamatan Tebet. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan model evaluasi kesenjangan atau Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) yang dikembangkan oleh Malcom Provus. Sehingga implementasi program GLS ditinjau dari desain, instalasi, proses, dan produk. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan tingkat ketercapaian program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Atas kecamatan Tebet pada tahap desain berada pada kategori tinggi, pada tahap instalasi berada pada kategori tinggi, pada tahap proses berada pada kategori moderat, dan pada tahap produk pada kategori tinggi. Hal tersebut bermakna bahwa sebagaian besar, hampir semua indikator program telah terlaksana atau tersedia sesuai kriteria. Kata kunci: Evaluasi, program, gerakan literasi sekolah ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement or “Gerakan Literasi Sekolah” (GLS) program carried out at the South Jakarta State High School area II in Tebet sub-district. This research is a type of evaluation research with a qualitative approach using a gap evaluation model or Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) developed by Malcom Provus. So that the implementation of the GLS program in terms of design, installation, process, and product. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and study documents. The results of the study stated that the level of achievement of the School Literacy Movement program in Tebet Sub-district High Schools at the design stage was in the high category, the installation stage was in the high category, the process stage was in the moderate category, and the product stage was in the high category. This means that for the most part, almost all program indicators have been implemented or are available according to criteria. Keywords: Evaluation, Program, School Literacy Movement
