Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan transfomasional, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kreativitas guru SMK Swasta Se Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Mei 2019, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif . Fokus pendekatan untuk mengukur kreativitas guru SMK Se Kabupaten Karawang dengan tekhnik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 219 guru swasta. Sampel diambil dari populasi yang berjumlah 483 orang guru Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan Swasta di Kabupaten Karawang. Pendekatan pengambilan samoel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kreativitas, (2). terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepuasan kerja terhadap kreativitas, (3). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Komitmen Organisasi terhadap kreativitas. (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kreativitas melalui Komitmen Organisasi. (5). Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kreativitas melalui Komitmen Organisasi. (6). Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kreativitas melalui kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja kerja guru dan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. This study aims to prove the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to the creativity of private vocational high school teachers in Karawang Regency. This research was conducted in January to May 2019, this research uses a quantitative approach. The focus of the approach is to measure the creativity of Vocational School teachers in Karawang Regency with Path Analysis techniques. Data collected through a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 219 private teachers. Samples were taken from a population of 483 teachers of Private Vocational Schools in Karawang Regency. Sample taking approach uses simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate: (1). There is a positive direct effect on transformational leadership on creativity, (2). There is a positive direct effect on job satisfaction on creativity, (3). There is a positive direct effect on Organizational Commitment on creativity. (4) There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on creativity through Organizational Commitment. (5) There is an indirect effect of job satisfaction on creativity through Organizational Commitment. (6) There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on creativity through job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that to increase teacher creativity can be done by increasing the principal transformational leadership, increasing teacher job satisfaction and increasing organizational commitment.
