Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kebugaran Jasmani terhadap Kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Untuk melihat pengaruh langsug antar variabel Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kebugaran Jasmani terhadap Kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 102 guru pendidikan jasmani yang suda Sertifikasi yang ada diProvinsi sulawesi tenggara. Motivasi, Disiplin dan kinerja diukur menggunakan pengisian angket yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli. Kebugaran jasmani diukur dengan menggunakan 5 item tes kebugaran yaitu tes angkat tubuh untuk putra dan angkat siku tekuk untuk putri, Sit-up, Push-up, lari bolak balik dan daya tahan yaitu lari dengan menempuh jarak 2,4km. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan Analis jalur (path analysis). Temuan setian Variabel dimana 1) Variabel Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y), sebesar (R2=0,194). 2) Variabel Disiplin (X2) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y), sebesar (R2=0,160). 3) Variabel kebugaran jasmani (X3) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y), sebesar (R2=0,376). 4) Variabel Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kebugaran jasmani (X3), sebesar (R2=0,375). 5) variabel Disiplin (X2) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kebugaran jasmani (X3), sebesar (R2=0,889). 6) Variabel Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Disiplin (X2), sebesar (R2=0,580). Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang memberikan kontribusi yang paling besar untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani adalah kebugaran jasmani sebesar (R2=0,376). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa seorang guru yang memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang baik akan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik pula saat mengajar disekolah. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation, Discipline and physical fitness on the performance of physical education teachers. This study uses the path analysis method (Path Analysis). To see the direct effect between variables Motivation, Discipline and physical fitness on the work of physical education teachers. The sample used was 102 certified physical education teachers in the province of Southeast Sulawesi. Motivation, discipline and performance are measured using questionnaires that have been validated by experts. Physical fitness is measured by using five items of fitness tests namely body lift test for men and elbow bend for girls, sit-ups, push-ups running back and forth and endurance that is running with a distance of 2.4km. Data analysis technique uses path analysis. The finding of the variable Variable where 1) Motivation Variable (X1) has a direct positive effect on teacher performance (Y), amounting to (R2 = 0.194). 2) Discipline Variable (X2) has a direct positive effect on teacher performance (Y), amounting to (R2 = 0.160). 3) Physical fitness variable (X3) has a direct positive effect on teacher performance (Y), amounting to (R2 = 0.376). 4) Motivation Variable (X1) has a direct positive effect on physical fitness (X3), amounting to (R2 = 0.375). 5) Discipline variable (X2) has a direct positive effect on physical fitness (X3), amounting to (R2 = 0.889). 6) Motivation Variable (X1) has a direct positive effect on Discipline (X2), amounting to (R2 = 0.580). Of the three independent variables that gave the greatest contribution to improving the performance of physical education teachers was physical fitness (R2 = 0.376). From this study it can be concluded that a teacher who has good physical fitness will produce good performance while teching at school
