Abstract

ABSTRAK Firna Sulfifiyani, 2020: Pengaruh Restaurant Image dan Nilai yang Dirasakan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Behavioral Intention Pelanggan Solaria. Skripsi, Jakarta: Pendidikan Bisnis, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tim Pembimbing: Drs. Nurdin Hidayat, M.M., M.Si. dan Terrylina Arvinta Monoarfa, S.E., M.M. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Restaurant Image dan Nilai yang Dirasakan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Behavioral Intention Pelanggan Solaria. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kausal, sedangkan teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan yang berkunjung ke restoran Solaria minimal 2 kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Total sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden. Pilot study dilakukan kepada 50 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 25 dan AMOS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Restaurant Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai yang Dirasakan, Restaurant Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Nilai yang Dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap Behavioral Intention. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Restaurant Image and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention on Customer Solaria. The research design used was descriptive and causal, while the sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method. The population in this study are customers who have visited tha Solaria restaurant at least 2 times during the last 6 months. The total sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents. A pilot study was conducted on 50 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 25 and AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that Restaurant Image have a positive effect on Perceived Value, Restaurant Image have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Value have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on Behavioral Intention.
