Abstract
DITA KASIH RAMADHANI. 2020. 1703517007. Analisis Disiplin Kerja Pada Divisi Human Resources PT. Century Battery Indonesia. Program Studi DIII Administrasi Perkantoran. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Karya ilmiah ini ditulis untuk mengetahui tentang pelaksanaan disiplin kerja pada divisi HRD di PT. Century Battery Indonesia. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini yaitu dengan metode deskriptif analisis dengan metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan studi observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Dari analisis ini di dapatkan bahwa disiplin kerja menjadi sarana dalam pembentukan kepribadian dan membantu membuat lingkungan kerja menjadi lebih konduktif dan efisien. Sehingga selama pelaksanaannya masih banyak kendala yang harus dihadapi dan di cari solusi terbaik untuk menanganinya, supaya disiplin kerja dapat ditegakkan dan menjadi tujuan yang harus dicapai baik oleh perusahaan maupun masing-masing karyawannya. This scientific paper has written for knowing about implementing work discipline on human resources division in Century Battery Indonesia Company. The method that the writer use on this scientific paper is the analytic description method with a method collecting of various is observance research and library research. From this analysis, it is found that work discipline becomes a means of forming personality and helps to make the work environment more conducive and efficient. So that during the implementation there are still many obstacles that must be faced and in finding the best solution to handle it, so that work discipline can be upheld and become an objective that must be achieved both by the company and each of its employees.
