Abstract

Ahmad Ihsan Maulana, 8105163437, Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Pada PT. Harmony Land Group, Skripsi, Jakarta: Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada PT. Harmony Land Group. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei dengan Pendekatan deskriptif, populasi yang digunakan adalah semua karyawan PT. Harmony Land Group. Model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 untuk pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan dalam SPSS meliputi lima tahap, yaitu uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadp organizational citizenship behaviour, serta iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpegaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Harmony Land Group. The research method that researchers use is a survey method with a descriptive approach, the population used is all employees of PT. Harmony Land Group. The model in this study uses multiple regression analysis models. The analysis technique used in this study was using the SPSS version 25 program for hypothesis testing. In this study also examined the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The analysis technique carried out in SPSS includes five stages, namely the analysis requirements test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient analysis test. The results obtained are that organizational climate has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
