Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa microlearning yang dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa yang sedang mengikuti mata kuliah Difusi Inovasi Pendidikan di Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Microlearning yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini dimanfaatkan untuk mendorong peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Difusi Inovasi Pendidikan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti tujuh tahap model Dick and Carey, yaitu Asses Needs to Identify goal(s), Conduct Instructional Analysis, Analyze Learners and Contexts, Write Performance Objectives, Develop Assessment Instruments, Develop Instructional Strategy, dan pada tahap ke tujuh, Develop and Select Instructional Materials, menggunakan model pengembangan ke dua, yaitu SAM1 (Successive Approximation Model) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: Evaluasi, Desain, dan Pengembangan. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review sebagai berikut: penilaian dari ahli materi sebesar 3,86 termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, penilaian dari ahli media sebesar 3,5 termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, dan penilaian dari ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 3,45 termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil uji coba one to one adalah sebesar 3,79 termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengembangan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa microlearning yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa mempelajari mata kuliah Difusi Inovasi Pendidikan. The objective of this development research is to produce microlearning that can be utilized in Diffusion of Educational Innovation Course by student of Educational Technology Program in Universitas Negeri Jakarta, to stimulate the improvement of students’ knowledge and skills in accordance with the expected learning outcomes. The development of microlearning in this research was carried out by following seven stages of the Dick and Carey instructional development model: Asses Needs to Identify goal(s), Conduct Instructional Analysis, Analyze Learners and Contexts, Write Performance Objectives, Develop Assessment Instruments, Develop Instructional Strategy, and in the seventh stage, Develop and Select Instructional Materials, SAM1 instructional development model was used to developing instructional materials. There are three steps in SAM1: Evaluate, Design, and Development. The formative evaluation for this research was done by expert reviews and one to one evaluation with students of Education Technology Program in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The average value of the review from Subject Matter Expert is 3,86; from Media Developing Expert is 3,5; and from Instructional Design Expert is 3,45. The average value of the one to one evaluation was obtained at 3,79. The results of this development research show that the microlearning can be used to facilitate students in learning Diffusion of Educational Innovation.
