Abstract

Penelitian korelasi ini, dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kelekatan dengan kualitas aliansi terapeutik (dari perspektif konselor) pada mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling angkatan 2016 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 75 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen Attachment Style Questionnaire dan The New Working Alliance Inventory. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara gaya kelekatan dengan kualitas aliansi terapeutik. Dimana hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin secure gaya kelekatan konselor maka akan menghasilkan hubungan terapeutik yang lebih kuat. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kelekatan, Aliansi Terapeutik This correlation study was conducted to determine the relationship between attachment style and quality of therapeutic alliance form counselor’s perspective by guidance and counseling students of 2016 in State University of Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 75 students. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The method that used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey method. Data collection was performed using Attachment Style Questionnaire and The New Working Alliance Inventory. The results of this study indicate a positive correlation between attachment style and quality of therapeutic alliance. The results show that the more secure the counselor’s attachment style will result in a stronger therapeutic alliance. Keywords: Attachment Style, Therapeutic Alliance
