Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam mengenai pengembangan kemampuan wicara fonem bilabial dalam pembelajaran bahasa pada fonem bilabial pada siswa tunarungu kelas Tk 1 di SLB-B Pangudi Luhur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik yaitu teknik wawancara dan teknik study dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan kemampuan wicara fonem bilabial dalam pembelajaran bahasa menerapkan empat bentuk aktivitas pengembangan, dengan proses dan penerapan yang berbeda di setiap bentuk aktivitasnya, sehingga terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kemampuan wicara fonem bilabial dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa. Kata kunci : Pengembangan kemampuan wicara, fonem bilabial, siswa tunarungu. This research aims to obtain in-depth information about the development of the bilabial speech ability in language learning in the bilabial phoneme in the Deaf students of kindergarten Class 1 in the SLB-B Pangudi Luhur. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this study used two techniques: interviewing techniques and study documentation techniques. The results of this study showed that the development of the speech ability in language learning has implemented four forms of development activities, with different processes and applications in each form of activities, so that there is a factor that affects the development of the speech capability of bilabial in the language learning process.
