Abstract

Hafshah Askhiya, Development of RPS Qiroah Basitoh Used by CEFR (Common European Framework Reference For Language) Based on Blended Learning at Jakarta State University. Undergraduate Thesis. Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Art, Jakarta State University. 2021 This study aims to produce development of RPS Qiroah Basitoh used by CEFR based on blended learning. The method used in this study is a development method based on the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation), the researcher limits the steps of the method used in this research, namely: (1) Analysis (Analysis), Analysis of the needs of students of Arabic Language Education study programs In the 1st semester of Qiroah basitoh RPS, (2) Design and Development, researchers designed Qiroah Basitoh RPS which was adjusted to CEFR level A1 and blended learning (3) Product assessment was carried out by expert review. Based on the analysis of needs obtained from the data of 40 people obtained, the need index for the Qiroah Basitoh Semester Learning Plan based on Blended Learning with a figure of 57.08% is obtained, so Qiroah Basitoh RPS based on Blended Learning is needed. Based on the CEFR standard RPS, a description of the Qiroah Basitoh course is obtained, which aims to: 1) Students are able to read, understand, interpret vocabulary in daily activities, and 2) Students are able to read aloud and convey reading text in the paragraphs being read. This course trains students' ability to read, understand information and notifications around them, such as: in public places (directions of roads, places, areas, surrounding objects) within the scope of daily life, as well as getting ideas about the contents of simple information material known in one paragraph. Being able to retell simple text especially there is support of pictures into perfect sentences. Based on expert judgment on RPS, a value of 4,23 (scale 1-5) was included in the excellent category. Therefore, Qiroah Basitoh RPS can be developed and feasible to use. Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2021 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Qiroah Basitoh berbasis CEFR menggunakan Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan berdasarkan Model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation), Peneliti membatasi langkah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analysis), Analisis kebutuhan dari Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab semester 1 terhadap RPS Qiroah Basitoh, (2) Desain (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development) , peneliti merancang RPS Qiroah Basitoh yang disesuaikan dengan CEFR tingkat A1 dan blended learning (3) Penilaian produk dilakukan oleh ahli review. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang diperoleh dari data sejumlah 40 orang diperoleh, indeks kebutuhan terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Qiroah Basitoh berdasarkan Blended Learning dengan diperoleh angka 57.08% maka RPS Qiroah Basitoh berdasarkan Blended Learning sangat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan RPS berstandar CEFR diperoleh deskripsi mata kuliah Qiroah Basitoh yaitu bertujuan agar: 1) Mahasiswa mampu membaca, memahami, menginterpretasi kosakata dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, dan 2) Mahasiswa mampu membaca nyaring serta menyampaikan teks bacaan pada paragraf yang dibaca. Mata kuliah ini melatih kemampuan mahasiswa dalam membaca, memahami informasi dan pemberitahuan disekitar, seperti: di tempat-tempat umum (arah jalan, tempat, daerah, benda sekitar) dalam lingkup kehidupan sehari-hari., Sekaligus memperoleh gagasan tentang isi materi informasi sederhana yang dikenal dalam satu paragraf. Mampu menceritakan kembali teks sederhana terutama ada dukungan gambar menjadi kalimat yang sempurna. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli terhadap RPS telah diperoleh nilai 4,23 (dengan skala 1-5) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, maka RPS Qiroah Basitoh dapat dikembangkan dan layak digunakan.
