Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi kepuasan kerja, work-life balance, dan turnover intention pada pada karyawan generasi Y industri real estate di daerah Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi Y industri real estate di daerah Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi Y industri real estate di daerah Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat. 4) Untuk mengetahui prediksi kepuasan kerja dan work-life balance terhadap turnover intention karyawan generasi Y industri real estate di daerah Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 104 karyawan generasi Y industri real estate di daerah Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan work-life balance terhadap turnover intention. Model penelitian kepuasan kerja dan work-life balance dapat memprediksi turnover intention karyawan generasi Y industri real estate di daerah Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (70,749 > 3,09) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the description of job satisfaction, work-life balance, and turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. 2) To find out the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. 3) To find out the influence of work-life balance on turnover intention of generation Y employee in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. 4) To find out how much the contribution of job satisfaction and work-life balance to turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 104 generation Y employees of the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which then processed with SPSS software version 25. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from regression analysis show that there is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction and work-life balance on turnover intention. The research model of job satisfaction and work-life balance can predict turnover intention of generation Y employee in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta with value of Fcount > Ftabel (70,749 > 3,09) and significance (0,000 < 0,05).
